Include the approximate generation time and the account email used to sign in. Do not attach sensitive images unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.

For free credit appeals

If signup credits were withheld on a shared network, email us from your registered address with a short explanation. We will review the account and can restore credits in the admin console.
