Delete your account data

To request deletion of your VirtualTryOn account, email [email protected] with the subject “Account data deletion”. Include the email shown on your VirtualTryOn account and the sign-in provider you used: Google, Facebook, or Discord.

We will verify that you own the account before processing the request. Never send your password, verification codes, or provider access tokens.

What the request covers

You can request removal of your profile, linked provider identifiers, active sign-in sessions, stored image results, and saved task input images. We will confirm completion by email and explain any records that must be retained for legal or accounting obligations, including payment records where applicable.

Remove Facebook access

You can also remove VirtualTryOn from Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing app access stops future access through Facebook, but does not by itself delete data already stored by VirtualTryOn. Email us to request that deletion.

Delete an individual image

Use Delete below the generated image in the studio. Read our privacy policy for retention details.
